Unable to reject received parts

There are some PO’s that we are unable to reject parts and have them detract from the PO Line. Previous to these two screens the “All Received” check box was unchecked from the PO screen. Any thoughts?

Are the parts on QC hold? Parts on QC hold can’t be removed from inventory. You can turn this feature off Setup>Job Control Setup Switches Tab ‘Recving QC Hold’ switch.
You can turn QC hold off for individual items by checking the 'Dock To Stock' box on the Inventory Screen.
You can remove the QC hold two ways.
The most common is Material>Inventory Utilities "Inventory On QC Hold" but you can also remove it from Material>Inventory Master "Adjust On Hand" Button and then uncheck the "QC Hold" field.
