NADCAP certifications,special requirements, 9102, Certs, inspection requirements

We have a customer that requires NADCAP certifications.
This means that we have to get special suppliers to do our outside processes if they are needed.
Ideally we would like a pop up to let us know this customer needs to have NADCAP Suppliers whenever we choose an outside process.

What do you have in place for this?
How do we set this up.

Also, on a side note, some of our customers have special requirements, such as AS 9102, Certs, and other inspection requirements.
Is there a place in Partmaster I can keep track of these things?

Several things can be done to help get your parts correctly done.
On the outside operation on the PartMaster (which transfers to the Job and then to the PO) make sure you have a note, highlighted and BOLD preferred.
You can also set the Preferred Supplier on the operation. That way if the person making the PO does not choose that preferred supplier a pop up note will remind them that they are not using the preferred supplier.
