Can't ship steps are not marked as complete

If a step is marked 'Completion Required' on the job then there must be a 'C' in the status field of that step before the job can ship.
The purpose of this feature is to insure that the step is complete before the job can be shipped and the information can be viewed on the Job Screen > Job Status Tab.
   

Marking the step as complete is usually accomplished from Data Collection (Timeclock) by scanning in on the step and then out 'Logout Complete' but can also be accomplished by simply typing a 'C' in the field on the Job Screen > Job Status Tab.
