Shippers don't always print the proper copy information - admin - 03-19-2013
I have my shippers set up to print 'Customer Copy' at the bottom of the first copy and 'Accounting Copy' on the second copy but sometimes it prints 'Customer Copy' on both copies.

ShopKeeper uses a counter to determine which copy is being printed and hence what the footer should be so in order to get the correct information on the footer you MUST select Print on the Shipper Print Dialog and select the appropriate number of copies to print. Do NOT use Print Preview.
If you print preview and select the number of copies from the Windows Printer dialog it simply sends whatever is on the screen to the printer X number of times.
