When I go to the Estimate Cacl Tab the Ea$1 is different.

This is because you have entered extra parts and Extra % on the material tab.

The additional material is not added in to the each price until you have an actual quantity that you are going to build. While technically an additional Extra Part of 1 would double the cost, and the 10% would add 10% for a quantity of 1 it would be a little misleading to display this until you have an actual quantity to build.
