  • Estimating -
    • Part Masters are automatically built as the quote is prepared
    • Calculates costs for multiple quantities
    • Separate markups may be used for Labor, subcontract, material and hardware as well as for each quantity calculated
    • Overall markup or "difficulty factor" available for final price adjustments
    • Links to Proposal screen to generate complete customizable customer proposal

    • Combine multiple estimates with additional notes to provide a clean response to customers RFQ

    • Manufacturing Operations and Material Requirements are copied from the part master, time and quantity requirements are automatically calculated based on order quantity, but may be modified for each job/release

    • Quick, easy, and accurate data collection for real time status and job costing
  • Part Master -
    • Separate Part Masters for each Part Number, Rev, and Production type -
    • Drawings, images, and other documents may be attached to each Part Master
    • Raw material requirements may be picked from a customer defined list of materials and shapes
    • BOM or hardware requirements may be picked from a library of common parts
    • Tooling and fixture tracking

  • Material Control & Receiving -
    • Raw Material/Bill of Material requirements generated when job is created
    • PO Lines for Raw Material, BOM (Hardware), or Subcontractor requirements may be automatically linked to the jobs for accurate job costing
    • Purchase Order status feeds to the Delivery schedule to show material "on order" or "received" and ready for shop production
    • PO lines may be created from "Pick List" of Job Allocated material, subcontract requirements, or BOM requirements
    • Bill of material items may be bought to inventory or the job
    • Detailed process specifications and instructions can be carried forward from the Part Master to the PO line. Prices can be filled in automatically from estimates
    • Receiving Reject Mode handles returned of defective material cleanly and simply
    • Shortage Report to determine purchasing requirements
    • Unfinished goods inventory for tracking partially completed parts
    • Automatic optional multilevel stock removal at any level in BOM

    • Display ops completed/ops remaining, time completed/time remaining
  • Shipping -
    • Feeds shipped but unbilled data to the accounting package - Peachtree and/or QuickBooks for invoicing
    • "Reject" mode to track customer returned parts

    • Spare parts may be optionally assigned to future shipments of other jobs instead of transferring to inventory
